Marble cake with Meli honey
Preparation time 30-min
Place the feta in the center of a small baking dish and arrange the tomatoes and garlic around it.
Sprinkle thyme leaves and chili flakes over the feta and tomatoes.
Drizzle with olive oil and grate some lemon zest over the dish (zest from half a lemon).
Slice the lemon and add 3 lemon slices to the dish.
Mix the honey with freshly ground pepper and drizzle half of it over the feta and vegetables.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and drizzle the remaining honey mixture over the warm feta.
Serve with bread, raw veggies, or crispy crackers.
