Trifle with honey waffle, chocolate, and pistachios

Step 1
Peel and slice the onions into rings. Mix the melted butter with olive oil and brush the onions with this mixture.

Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the onions for about 10 minutes until they are nicely browned on both sides.

Mix the mustard, honey, and Worcestershire sauce, and spread this mixture over the onions in the pan.
Step 4
Let the onions continue cooking, brushing the other side with the dressing. Remove from heat when caramelized.
