Caramelized onions with honey mustard dressing

Chop the chocolate finely.
Bring 100 ml cream to a boil, remove from heat, add chocolate, and stir until ganache forms. Add liquid Meli honey and let cool.
Cut the brownie into pieces and break the Meli honey waffle into small pieces. Crush the pistachios.
Whip 200 ml cream with vanilla sugar.
Divide half of the brownie into glasses followed by ganache and whipped cream.
Repeat for a second layer, optionally adding pieces of Meli honey waffle and pistachios between the layers for extra crunch.
Finish with pistachios and Meli honey waffle.
