Ingredients

  • g Meli honey cake
  • slices of duck breast fillet
  • grapefruit grapefruits
  • g ricotta
  • bunch of watercress bunches of watercress
  • sprig of fresh thyme sprigs of fresh thyme

  • pepper and salt
  • liquid Meli honey

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Peel the grapefruit and cut the segments. Squeeze out a bit of juice.

  2. Step 2

    Mix the ricotta with finely chopped chives, thyme, grapefruit juice, liquid Meli honey, pepper, and salt.

  3. Step 3

    Cut the Meli honey cake into small squares and spread them with the ricotta mixture. Place a grapefruit segment and a slice of duck breast fillet on each piece of Meli honey cake. Garnish with watercress and drizzle with some honey.
