Ingredients

  • scampi
  • apple apples
  • tbsp white wine vinegar
  • tbsp olive oil
  • tbsp Meli liquid honey
  • tbsp mayonnaise
  • g spirelli pasta
  • curry powder
  • paprika powder
  • handful of arugula handfuls of arugula
  • salt handfuls of arugula
  • pepper
  • dash of lemon juice dashes of lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Marinate the scampi with olive oil, curry powder, paprika powder, and lemon juice. Let sit for a while.

  2. Step 2

    In a separate bowl, mix white wine vinegar, liquid Meli honey, mayonnaise, pepper, and salt for the dressing.

  3. Step 3

    Cook the spirelli pasta according to the package instructions.

  4. Step 4

    Peel the apple, cut into cubes, and fry for 5 minutes with a bit of olive oil.

  5. Step 5

    Briefly fry the scampi in olive oil, 45 seconds per side.

  6. Step 6

    Dress the salad with pasta, arugula, dressing, scampi, and apple. Optionally finish with another drizzle of liquid Meli honey.
