Quick chicken stir-fry with Meli honey and vegetables

Peel and mince the garlic.
Mix the garlic with the other ingredients to make the marinade.
Pour the marinade over the ribs and let them marinate for 3 hours.
In the oven:
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Roast the ribs for 75 minutes.
On the barbecue:
Grill the ribs over indirect heat on the BBQ, turning every 5-7 minutes and brushing with the marinade each time. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
