Honey-lemon chicken nugget bites

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix liquid Meli honey, lemon juice and zest, olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Step 2
Place the chicken pieces in the bowl with the honey-lemon mixture and stir well so that all pieces are coated. Marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the chicken pieces from the marinade and coat them in flour, then dip in the beaten egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Place the chicken pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven until golden brown and cooked through, about 20 minutes.
Step 5
Serve the chicken nugget bites warm with a dip of extra honey and lemon zest or the kids' favourite sauce.
