Sea bass fillet with Meli honey, mustard, and dill sauce

Separate the eggs. Beat the yolks with liquid Meli honey until airy.

Add mascarpone and mix well.

Beat the egg whites in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.

Dip the Meli honey cake in coffee and place in a dish. Cover with the mascarpone mixture and repeat.
