Quick chicken stir-fry with Meli honey and vegetables
Ingredients
- g chicken strips
- g stir-fry vegetables
- g white rice
- tbsp liquid Meli honey
- tbsp soy sauce

chili sauce
(to taste) - tsp sesame oil
- lime limes
- clove garlic cloves garlic
- cm ginger root
- tbsp peanut oil
- bunch fresh coriander bunches fresh coriander
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Step 1
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. In the meantime, prepare the chicken and vegetables.

Mix the Meli honey with the soy sauce. Add chili sauce to taste, a small amount of sesame oil, and the juice of half a lime. Store the other half of the lime in the refrigerator.

Peel the garlic and grate it into the sauce. Peel the ginger and grate it into the sauce as well.

Heat a wok over high heat and add a splash of peanut oil. Make sure the oil is hot.

Stir-fry the chicken strips in small batches until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper. Stir regularly or toss the wok.

Add the stir-fry vegetables to the chicken and stir-fry briefly.

Pour in the sauce and let everything caramelize over high heat. Ensure the vegetables remain slightly crisp.

Roughly chop the coriander. Remove the wok from the heat and mix the coriander into the chicken and vegetables.

Serve the chicken and vegetables with the cooked rice.
