Duck breast with Meli honey and balsamic glaze

Preheat the oven to 190°C. Lay the bacon strips on a baking sheet.
Brush the bacon strips with liquid Meli honey and optionally sprinkle with a bit of chili powder for extra spice.
Bake the bacon in the oven until crispy, about 10-15 minutes.
While the bacon is baking, cook the eggs to your preference in a pan.
Serve the crispy honey-glazed bacon with the cooked eggs sprinkled with pepper and salt.
