Honey-glazed bacon and eggs

Ingredients

  • strips of bacon
  • tbsp liquid Meli honey
  • chili powder (optional)
  • eggs
  • pepper and salt

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 190°C. Lay the bacon strips on a baking sheet.

  2. Step 2

    Brush the bacon strips with liquid honey and optionally sprinkle with a bit of chili powder for extra spice.

  3. Step 3

    Bake the bacon in the oven until crispy, about 10-15 minutes.

  4. Step 4

    While the bacon is baking, cook the eggs to your preference in a pan.

  5. Step 5

    Serve the crispy honey-glazed bacon with the cooked eggs sprinkled with pepper and salt.
