Roll out the dough on a clean work surface. Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on the package.
Mix the liquid Meli honey with the cinnamon and evenly spread this mixture over the dough.
Sprinkle the raisins or nuts over the dough if you are using them.
Roll up the dough from the long side and cut it into 8 equal pieces.
Place the pieces on a baking tray with the cut side up and bake according to the instructions on the package until the rolls are golden brown.
Serve the rolls warm and drizzled with extra honey.
