Honey-glazed breakfast rolls

Ingredients

  • ready-made pizza dough or croissant dough
  • tbsp liquid Meli honey
  • tbsp cinnamon
  • g raisins or chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Roll out the dough on a clean work surface. Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on the package.

  2. Step 2

    Mix the liquid Meli honey with the cinnamon and evenly spread this mixture over the dough.

  3. Step 3

    Sprinkle the raisins or nuts over the dough if you are using them.

  4. Step 4

    Roll up the dough from the long side and cut it into 8 equal pieces.

  5. Step 5

    Place the pieces on a baking tray with the cut side up and bake according to the instructions on the package until the rolls are golden brown.

  6. Step 6

    Serve the rolls warm and drizzled with extra honey.
