Instructions

Step 1

Whip the ricotta together with the liquid honey and ground black pepper until smooth.

Step 2

Spread the ricotta mixture on the slices of Meli honey cake. Cut the pear into thin slices and place them on the ricotta.

Step 3

Finish with some extra liquid Meli honey and a pinch of black pepper for presentation. Enjoy!
