Marble cake with Meli honey

Ingredients
- g butter
- g Meli honey of choice
- egg eggs
- g flour
- g baking powder
- pinch of salt
- g cocoa powder
- Optional: whipped cream and fresh fruit
Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 165°C.

Ensure the butter is at room temperature. Mix the butter and honey until fully combined.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until fluffy.

Mix in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Optionally, sift the flour to avoid lumps.

In a second bowl, mix one-third of the batter with the cocoa powder.

Grease a cake pan and dust with flour. Pour half the light batter into the pan, then spread the dark batter on top, followed by the remaining light batter.

Create a marbled effect by swirling a knife through the batter.

Bake for about 60 minutes until golden brown. Test doneness by inserting a skewer—if it comes out clean, the cake is ready. Let it cool on a rack.
