Bubbles with pear and Meli honey

First, make the honey syrup. Heat the water and solid honey in a saucepan until the honey dissolves completely. Let it cool, then store the honey syrup in the fridge.

Fill a glass with ice cubes.

In a shaker, combine the gin, honey syrup, and fresh lemon juice. Add ice and shake well.
Step 4
Strain the cocktail into the chilled glass. Garnish with a lemon verbena leaf.
