Blood orange mocktail

Snacktime! Chickpeas are often used in vegetarian cuisine because they contain a lot of protein and fiber. At Meli we love a healthy snack!
Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Drain the chickpeas, pat them dry with a towel, and roast them for 30 minutes.
Remove the chickpeas from the oven, and mix the honey, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl. Stir the chickpeas into the mixture.
Return the chickpeas to the oven for an additional 10 minutes to get extra crispy.
The chickpeas can be stored in an airtight container for up to five days.
