Ribs with Meli honey marinade
Preparation time 10-min
Slice half of the pear into thin slices and cut the other half into small cubes.
Distribute the pear cubes and pear juice into 4 glasses. Add ½ tsp of honey and a pinch of cinnamon to each glass. Stir well with a long spoon.
Fill the glasses with chilled cava or tonic.
Garnish each glass with a thin slice of pear and a sprig of thyme. Serve immediately.
Add a few ice cubes for an extra refreshing touch.
