Magnolia syrup with Meli honey
Ingredients
- ml water
- g sugar
- tbsp Meli liquid honey
- g magnolia petals
- ml lemon juice
Instructions

Step 1
Remove the petals from the magnolia flowers and rinse them briefly under cold water. Pat them dry carefully.

Bring the water to a boil with the honey, sugar, and lemon juice.

Add the petals and simmer for 10 minutes.

Turn off the heat and let the mixture steep for at least 1 hour.

Strain the syrup and pour it into a sterilized bottle. Let it cool and store in a cool, dark place until ready to use.
