Honey-glazed bacon and eggs

Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown and crispy.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper and mash until smooth.
Spread the mashed avocado on the toasted bread slices.
Top the avocado toast with tomato slices, grated carrot, and cucumber slices. Add fresh spinach or arugula.
Drizzle the liquid Meli honey over the topped toast for a sweet twist.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds for extra crunch if desired.
