Buckwheat pancakes with ricotta, honey, and lemon

Add the seeds to a dry, non-stick pan and warm over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Add the honey and stir until all the seeds are coated. Let it simmer for 1 more minute.
Serve the warm honey seeds over yogurt, oatmeal, or let them cool on parchment paper to store in a sealed jar.
