Meli balls with muesli and blueberries

Ingredients

  • g Meli solid honey
  • g sliced almonds
  • g oats
  • g pumpkin seeds
  • g chia seeds
  • g raisins
  • g dried cranberries or goji berries
  • g sunflower seeds
  • g coconut oil
  • g blueberries
    (fresh or frozen)
  • tsp cinnamon
  • optional: 1 tsp cocoa powder or acai powder

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Bring the blueberries with 1 tablespoon of water to a boil. Let it simmer gently until the berries are soft and break apart. Add the honey and coconut oil, stirring until everything is melted. Let the mixture cool.

  2. Step 2

    Place the almonds, oats, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, raisins, cranberries (or goji berries), and sunflower seeds in a large mixing bowl. Optionally, add the cocoa powder or acai powder.

  3. Step 3

    Pour the cooled blueberry mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well until it forms a sticky mass.

  4. Step 4

    Divide the mixture into 16 portions and roll them into balls.

  5. Step 5

    Place the balls in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
