Surprising breakfast cookies with banana, nuts, and honey

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.

Step 2

Melt coconut oil, peanut butter, and Meli honey together, but make sure the mixture does not boil or burn.

Step 3

Take a bowl, mash the three ripe bananas in it, and mix in the melted peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil.

Step 4

Then add the rolled oats, flaxseed, and sesame seeds until it forms a sticky mixture.

Step 5

Make balls out of it (the size of a ping-pong ball) on a piece of baking paper. Flatten them until they are nicely round and about 1 cm thick. Sprinkle them with sunflower seeds and nuts and press them into the dough.

Step 6

Bake until golden brown and let cool. You are now ready to indulge!
