Honey rainbow vegetable omelette

Mix the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
Melt the butter in a pan. In the meantime, whisk the egg and add the milk. Pour in the melted butter and half of the honey.
Combine the dry ingredients from step 1 with the wet mixture from step 2 and stir until smooth.
For extra flavor, you can add half a teaspoon of cinnamon to the mix.
Heat a small amount of butter in the pan over medium heat. When the pan is hot, pour a ladle of batter and cook. Flip the pancake when the edges turn golden brown, and cook for an equal amount of time on the other side.
Serve the pancakes with blueberries, liquid Meli honey, or other toppings of your choice.
