French toast with caramelized apples

Step 1
Melt the butter with the water and Meli organic honey. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Mix the oats, puffed quinoa, cocoa powder, hazelnuts, coconut flakes, chocolate chips, and a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Add the butter-honey mixture and mix well.
Step 4
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 5
Bake for 10 minutes, stir, and bake for another 10-15 minutes until the granola is dry.
Step 6
Store the cooled granola in a glass jar with a tight lid.
