Honey rainbow vegetable omelette

Finely chop the onion and garlic, and cut the peeled carrots into pieces.
Melt butter in a pot and briefly sauté the onion and garlic. Add the carrot pieces and stir well.
Pour in the water and add the bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add the honey and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper.
Blend the soup and stir in the cream. Heat gently for 5 minutes, making sure not to let it boil.
