Steak with balsamic honey sauce and green beans

Make a marinade from crushed garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, Meli honey cream, chili flakes, and salt.
Clean the prawns, remove the shell but leave the heads on. Make a shallow cut along the back to remove the digestive tract.
Brush the prawns with the marinade and grill them for 3 minutes on each side on the barbecue.
Serve the prawns with samphire and extra lemon wedges.
