Summer bowl burrito with honey-lime vinaigrette

Preheat the oven to 200°C and grease a muffin tin.
Cut the puff pastry into rounds and distribute in the tin.
Prick holes in the dough.
Fry the bacon cubes and finely chopped spring onion until soft.
Beat eggs with cream, nutmeg, pepper, and salt.
Distribute bacon, spring onion, goat cheese, and walnuts over the dough. Sprinkle with honey.
Pour the egg mixture over it.
Bake for 20 minutes in the oven. Let cool and serve.
