Duck breast with Meli honey and balsamic glaze

Step 1
Trim the ends of the green beans.
Step 2
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the beans for about 6 minutes until tender.
Step 3
In a saucepan, melt a knob of butter and sauté the chopped onion. Add the green beans and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the steaks to your liking. Remove the steaks from the pan and let them rest under foil.
Step 5
Chop the shallot and sauté in the pan juices. Add the balsamic vinegar and Meli liquid honey. Bring to a boil and immediately turn off the heat when the sauce boils.
Step 6
Serve with Belgian fries or roasted potatoes.
